Rockwell Land Corporation sustained its growth momentum in the first half of 2026, supported by strong residential sales, higher commercial revenues, and the consolidation of Alabang Commercial Corporation (ACC).
The company posted total consolidated revenues of P13.5 billion, up 41% from P9.6 billion in the same period last year. Consolidated net income likewise rose 46% to P3.03 billion from P2.07 billion, while net income attributable to the Parent Company increased 42% to P2.7 billion from P1.9 billion.

Residential development remained Rockwell Land’s largest revenue contributor, generating P10.2 billion, equivalent to 76% of total group revenues. Revenue from real estate sales grew 37%, driven by steady demand for the company’s premium residential developments and higher project accomplishments at key developments, including Edades West in Makati and Cabo San Diego in Batangas.

Commercial development also delivered strong growth, with revenues increasing 55% to P3.32 billion and accounting for 24% of total group revenues.
Retail operations contributed P2.3 billion, up 73% from P1.38 billion in the first half of 2025. The increase was supported by the consolidation of ACC, as well as higher average rental rates and improved occupancy across Rockwell Land’s retail portfolio.
Reflecting continued investor confidence in the company’s growth, Rockwell Land recently declared a cash dividend of P0.1547 per common share. The amount is 28% higher than the previous year and represents the company’s highest payout to date.
The dividend is in line with Rockwell Land’s policy of paying out 20% of the prior year’s net income attributable to the parent. It will be paid on September 11, 2026, to common shareholders of record as of August 19, 2026.
With sustained demand across its residential portfolio and increasing contributions from its commercial assets, Rockwell Land said it remains focused on strengthening its presence in key cities and emerging growth areas nationwide while preparing for upcoming project launches.
