Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR) is strengthening its customer offerings through a partnership with Duty Free Philippines (DFP), extending exclusive hotel privileges to members of the DFP loyalty program while introducing more travelers to its growing nationwide portfolio.
The collaboration gives DFP loyalty members access to special rates and discounts across participating RHR properties, creating added value and flexibility for travelers.
According to RHR senior vice president and business unit general manager Barun Jolly, the partnership supports tourism growth while enabling the company to deliver more targeted benefits to customers.
“At Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, we continuously seek meaningful partnerships that support the growth of tourism while enabling us to offer more targeted value, including special perks for Duty Free Philippines loyalty members,” Jolly said. He added that the collaboration also introduces more travelers to RHR’s diverse portfolio of brands and destinations, helping them find accommodations that best suit their needs.
DFP chief operating officer Joel M. Cinco said the alliance enhances the DFP loyalty program by expanding the range of exclusive perks available to Balikbayan Plus Cardholders and Premier Club Cardholders, including access to special rates at participating RHR properties.
To date, RHR’s hospitality portfolio has grown into the country’s largest and most geographically diverse hotel network, with 30 properties across 20 cities and municipalities nationwide. Through a portfolio of 10 brands, the company caters to a wide range of travelers, from luxury guests and business executives to families and budget-conscious tourists.
Leading its luxury offerings are Fili Hotel and NUSTAR Hotel Cebu, complemented by internationally recognized brands such as The Westin Manila, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu. Its homegrown brands further strengthen its reach, with Grand Summit Hotels serving upscale travelers, Summit Hotels and Resorts targeting the midscale market, and Go Hotels and Go Hotels Plus providing affordable accommodations in key urban and provincial destinations.
By combining a diverse brand portfolio with strategic partnerships, RHR continues to strengthen its position in the Philippine hospitality industry while supporting the continued growth of tourism and delivering greater value to travelers.
