Gelo Avendaño from Noneaway highlighted the transformative power of technology in real estate. His presentation featured cutting-edge tools like recommendation systems, generative AI, facial recognition (eKYC), AI chatbots, and digital rights management. Avendaño emphasized how these technologies can streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth in the industry.

Engr. Ronald Cadapan of Colliers focused on the impacts of sustainable development in real estate. He delved into the importance of reducing carbon footprints and discussed how sustainable practices contribute positively to the environment, underscoring the industry’s role in combating climate change.

Representing Arthaland, Anna Marco shared the company’s journey toward creating a greener and better environment for the Philippines. She proudly highlighted Arthaland’s trailblazing efforts and their commitment to sustainable development, demonstrating how real estate companies can lead by example in addressing environmental challenges.

Angelo Petilla from CBRE shed light on the economic aspects of real estate, discussing market rents and the current state of space vacancies in the country. His insights provided a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges in optimizing space utilization in the local market.

Lastly, Marvin Sim of Presello captivated the audience with the story of Presello’s rise as one of the leading brokerage companies in the Philippines. He shared key strategies and experiences that helped build their network and reputation in a competitive industry.
