Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI), in partnership with world-leading hospitality group Accor, will open the first all-suites Novotel in the Philippines designed for long-staying guests.
In a press briefing, CPGI President and CEO Marco R. Antonio said Novotel Suites Manila sits on a prime location at Acqua in Mandaluyong as it is close to both the Makati and Ortigas central business districts.
Nestled in the center of Metro Manila’s major business district center, in an area bordering Makati on Coronado Street in Mandaluyong City, Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua provides seamless access to business and leisure travellers.
With high–end malls in the neighboring area, hotel guests are able to enjoy shopping, dining and leisure experiences throughout their stay.
Antonio noted the renewed interest for travel globally and that Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua to host travellers will further boost the Philippine government’s push to bolster the tourism industry.
“The opening of Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua underlines our long-term commitment to expand our portfolio in the Philippines. Novotel’s relaxed and lively atmosphere resonates with our guests, we are delighted to offer the second Novotel address for travellers, long-staying guests and locals to work, play and relax,” said Garth Simmons, chief executive officer of Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Division in Asia.
Ideal for families looking to spend quality time together and long-staying guests are the Suites ranging from a 45 sqm Deluxe Suite, and a 75 sqm Superior Suite, to a roomy 91 sqm Premier Suite, with a stunning 180-degree view of the city through its curved floor-to-ceiling window.
Jutting out of the tower on the 6th floor is an infinity swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Makati skyline.
On the 21st floor is the Lobby Lounge with a panoramic view of the cities by day and breathtaking city lights at night. Also located on the same level are two meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 30 guests each.
“Guests will feel the warmth of home at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua. It will usher in a new concept of ‘home away from home’ experience for long-stay travellers who are in Manila for business and for families who are in search of a weekend leisure,” said Novotel Suites Manila General Manager Raul Aquino.
