LANDCO PACIFIC Corp. tapped construction company Datem, Inc. to build its luxury beachside condominium in San Juan, Batangas.
The Spinnaker, named and modeled after the front sail of a yacht, is a 22-storey condominium located at the beachfront of the 23-hectare Club Laiya.
“Datem is ready to build this one-of-a-kind tourist destination that will spotlight the province of Batangas and our country’s natural resources,” Lesley E. Villanueva, Datem president, said in a statement.
The medium-rise condominium will feature hotel-like amenities with sustainable and resilient structures.
“Along with featuring the beauty of our natural resources, Datem is excited to build this environment-friendly structure that will allow 20% savings in water and energy consumption and the utilization of a double-piped waterline system to use non-potable water for toilet flushing and irrigation,” Mr. Villanueva said.
The Spinnaker is currently ongoing site mobilization and readiness.
