MANILA -Davao-based property developer Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) is on track to welcome guests to its condominium project on Samal Island by 2025.
In a statement on Monday, the real estate company said over half of the inventory for Bridgeport Park has been sold for P2.6 billion. The 20,000-square-meter project offers a total of 274 units.
“Lifting inspiration from the boating and seaside lifestyle of the US East Coast in the United States, the project is designed for leisurely waterfront living with privileged access to a wide variety of seaside and onshore facilities,” its website said.
The amenities are a marina, a dry dock boat parking space and a helipad. Other facilities include clubhouse, swimming pools, play areas, spa, gym, flexible work spaces and lounge.
Meanwhile, the company’s residential village Ameria is nearing full occupancy as 94.58 percent of its 177 units have been purchased. It is located in Agriya township in Panabo, Davao del Norte.
DLI’s Regus CDO Downtown Tower, its flexible workspace venture, has reached 98-percent occupancy rate amid the growing demand for hybrid work setup. It is on the top floor of SM CDO Downtown Tower in Cagayan De Oro City.
“As we strive for further progress in Mindanao, it is essential that we maintain a strong social awareness of how we can better support our local communities. We are confident that this initiative will not only create more employment opportunities for the Mindanaons but also adapt to the evolving working conditions in the post-pandemic era,” DLI president Ricardo Lagdameo said.
