Lamudi brings back the in-person Broker Awards Night 2023 on March 14, 2023, at Dusit Thani Manila, Makati City, to honor exemplary real estate professionals in the country who have contributed to reigniting the industry amid challenges brought by the pandemic.
Brokers are at the frontlines in reigniting the industry back to its former glory, making 2023 the year to bounce back stronger than ever. To recognize their efforts in helping property seekers find their dream property online, Lamudi will celebrate their successes at the awarding ceremony. Some of the awards to be given are Broker of the Year and Brokerage of the Year for Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao.
This year, Lamudi Philippines also celebrates its ninth anniversary, proving itself as the top real estate platform in the country in helping Filipinos find their dream homes online. The digital real estate portal has grown further since it was acquired by the Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG) three years ago and raised USD 200 million in funding in 2022.
Linking Real Estate Stakeholders
The year 2022 marked the return of various in-person gatherings in the real estate industry. Lamudi’s very own broker networking night made its comeback last April 7, 2022, to gather a stronger community of real estate brokers in a casual environment to mingle and explore business opportunities.
Working with workspace operators, real estate developers, and financial entities, Lamudi Link collaborated with different industry players to make each networking event accessible, productive, and worthwhile for the brokers. The property platform even brought the event outside Metro Manila for its first-ever Lamudi Link in Bacoor, Cavite.
Helping Brokers Sharpen the Saw
Last March 23, 2022, Lamudi also held its first in-person Lamudi Academy learning session since the pandemic started. The face-to-face training session for brokers discussed the latest industry trends and provided practical resources for brokers to boost their professional skills.
Lamudi Academy also held a series of free-for-all webinars to cater to a wider audience. The mid-year webinar discussed modern customer behaviors and preferences, while the year-end Real Estate Today highlighted the industry’s outlook for the fourth quarter of 2022.
Advancing Brokers to Greater Heights this 2023
Lamudi anticipates a bigger year for real estate professionals this 2023 as more networking nights, learning sessions, and major events are in store, kicking off with the Broker Awards Night happening in March.
The property portal is also planning for its highly anticipated Property Fair, while Lamudi Academy is geared up to impart more industry knowledge through a combination of in-person and virtual learning sessions.
