With an optimism that drove the determined success of the Philippine real estate industry in 2022 is a persistence that will propel its pre-pandemic recovery in 2023.
Colliers, a leading professional services and investment management company in the Philippines, forecasts an increasing demand in pre-selling developments. In Metro Manila alone, the previous year exceeded 2021 figures with 14,900 units, the majority of which are attributed to the dominance of the mid-income segment. The delivery of 5,600 vertical properties by the end of the year will add to the 142,200 condominium stock in the National Capital Region, further strengthening the sector.
Integration of environment-driven and space-oriented features into condominiums has also made them viable housing solutions in the metro, where available raw land has become fewer and fewer. Ninety percent of the respondents of the Colliers Q3 2022 Residential Survey believe that sustainability efforts and open-air areas play an important role in their purchase of a property.
The premier condominium arm of Vista Land, Vista Residences, responds to the transformation in the residential landscape in Metro Manila with projects located in central business districts, transport hubs, and university clusters. For two decades, Vista Residences has built 40 vertical communities; 11 of these are located in Manila. Continuing with its dominance in the capital this year, the company offers an entirely different take on contemporary lifestyle with Morrison Heights.
Located along Lacson Avenue in Manila, Morrison Heights is named after one of the greatest American writers, Nobel laureate Toni Morrison. The 35-storey development is inspired her legacy of inspiring hope and improving lives by being a catalyst for change.
Demonstrating a shift in modernity in the district, Morrison Heights addresses the lack of al fresco lounges and lush greenery with a semi-circle driveway and expansive lobby on the ground level, tropical-inspired pool deck on the fifth floor, and sky garden on the topmost floor. The low-density spread of studio and one-bedroom units ensure sizable living spaces from the 6th to the 35th level, as well as the complementing function hall, study hall, and gym on the amenities floor.
Morrison Heights by Vista Residences continues Vista Land’s legacy of building homes, developing properties, and creating masterplanned communities, incorporating into every project an unparalleled expertise in space planning. Vista Residences is set on changing the country’s skyline with its smart, exquisitely designed, and multiple-use condominiums, building more sustainable, innovative, secure, and future-proof towers rising past the horizon.
