The upland clime has a restorative effect on people–precisely the reason why locations perched on higher ground rank high on the list of must-visits among Filipinos. In those settings, with the chill encumbering us, we breathe deeper and slower, better detach ourselves from the trappings of the day-to-day, and meditate more profoundly.
Crown Asia, the premium residential arm of the country’s largest homebuilder Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., wants to preserve and even reinforce that experience for the popular highland destination Tagaytay through its Pinevale, an up-and-coming premium condominium tower.
The name of the 2.8-ha master-planned enclave announced in a soft launch this October, already hints at the characteristics that make the project stand out. “Pine” pays homage to the sturdy tree that thrives in places like Tagaytay and connotes the soundness of investing in this undertaking. “Vale,” signifying ethereal and breathtaking views, represents the commitment to designing a community that respects and glorifies nature.
That and no less should be expected of Crown Asia, which specializes in themed vertical and horizontal projects for the upper middle-income demographic, such as success-driven career people and overseas Filipino workers. But the proposition does not end there. The five buildings comprising Pinevale are also the first to offer smart home condominiums in Tagaytay.
That added push makes business sense. Over the past decade, the scenic city overlooking Taal Lake and Volcano has gotten more and more visits. That may have resulted from a confluence of factors, but its most evident effect has been greater investment in the area, including relocations and constructions. Entering a competitive landscape, Crown Asia just had to offer more.
Pinevale accomplishes that splendidly. The project’s Danish aesthetic allows dwellers to fall in love again and again with Tagaytay. In particular, Denmark’s pursuit of hygge, or a coziness that leads to well-being, suits the city well.
Seven-story Canary and Candor, and the 12-story Bluejay, Warbler and Vireo–all named after birds that nest on pine trees–are designed to welcome the sunlight and the breeze. The one- to two-bedroom condo units, with sizes ranging from 37.26 sqm to 50.16 sqm, come with smart automation (smart lock, smart socket, smart repeater), topnotch finishes, and lofty balconies.
The buildings are laid out to engulf amazing outdoor amenities, giving the project a heart and its occupants a sense of exclusivity. At the center of Pinevale are the Serenity Trail on which dwellers can run or walk; Forest Canopy that allows forest bathing; Hygge Garden where families and friends can picnic; and the Cascading Heated Pools that give swimmers a therapeutic treatment.
Amenities also include Sky Gardens on top of each building, plus Anderson Venue and Hyperactive Concourse, your elevated community lounge and gym, respectively. In particular, the latter not only has a fitness room but also a game room and, finally, a yoga deck where the indoors and the outdoors converge.
Pinevale also has helpful features–roving personnel and CCTV cameras that ensure 24/7 security, as well as professional property management officers responsible for keeping the enclave well-maintained and truly livable.
While Pinevale intends to give homebuyers a privileged lifestyle, it does not cut them off from the rest of civilization. In fact, it rises in a strategic location a few minutes away from experiences that define Tagaytay. Just outside your address is a Dear Joe branch. Foray further away and you might end up dining at places like Balai Palmera, Chateau Hestia and Sonya’s Garden. You can opt to sip coffee at Ruined Project, Bag of Beans or Starbucks.
Go shopping at Fora Mall, Ayala Malls Serin, Acienda Outlet Mall and more. Pursue inner peace at churches, pilgrimage sites and retreat centers. Free yourself from distress at any of the spas near you. Aren’t you excited to sample bulalo all over town? Pinevale gives you endless opportunities for discovery and rediscovery.
With a top-caliber development like this, capital appreciation is a given. If you want to buy property in Tagaytay that secures or grows your investment, there’s no better partner than Crown Asia and no more ideal product than Pinevale. You must hurry, though, since condominium offerings have notoriously enjoyed brisk take-up in this highland hub, and the postpandemic recovery will only make your competition stiffer.
After all, when an opportunity to relish life at every moment is as great as this, you can’t expect that you’re the only one seeing value in Pinevale.
