Township developer Megaworld Corporation has launched the P5.2 billion Arcovia Parkplace—its third residential condominium development inside the 12.3-hectare Arcovia City in Pasig City.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm said the project is 50-storeys high, making it the tallest residential tower in Arcovia City to date.
It will offer 494 units ranging from Studio with and without balcony (up to 32 square meters) to Three Bedroom Penthouse with Balcony (up to 195 square meters).
This new residential tower will feature lifestyle amenities at the seventh level that include adult and children’s pools with Water Play, On-pool lounge, Raised Lawn Garden, Multi-Purpose Sunken Lawn, Fitness Center, Outdoor Fitness Area, Children’s Playground, Function Hall, Private Dining Room, Game Room, Daycare Center, and Co-Working Spaces.
Arcovia Parkplace will also have a Garden and Lounge Areas at the Roofdeck, as well as Sky Gardens at the 17th and 39th floors.
Equipped with state-of-the-art building management and security systems, Arcovia Parkplace will also have a special holding area for deliveries as well as arcade and retail spaces at the ground level.
The tower will also have green and sustainability features that include occupancy sensors for hallway lightings, low flow rate fixtures for faucets in toilets and bathrooms, high energy efficiency rating for the major building equipment, rainwater harvesting and re-use facility, and its own material recovery facility (MRF).
All units of Arcovia Parkplace will also be equipped with wireless smart home system and devices with WiFi router.
As part of Megaworld’s commitment to secure and safe townships, including Arcovia City, the company is rolling out the Township Analytics and Technology (TAT) through its own TAT Lab, the first data science lab dedicated to a property development company in Asia.
The purpose of the Megaworld TAT Lab is to develop, deploy, and improve machine learning models through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in order to strengthen the safety and security of Megaworld townships.
“For quite some time, developers like us are racing towards the creation of smart cities and our Megaworld TAT Lab will be able to bring us to our vision of making truly ‘smart townships’ especially in the field of safety and security. We will announce more details about this big project soon,” said Megaworld Data Analytics Head Francis Viernes.
