DMCI Homes, the residential development arm of DMCI Holdings Inc., has generated P4.8 billion in reservation sales of newest residential condominium in Mandaluyong City—Sage Residences—barely a month after its launch.
In a statement, the firm said the project was launched last September 12 and, as of October 1, 2022, the single-tower 50-storey development in Barangay Mauway, Mandaluyong City has sold 633 of the initially launched 812-unit inventory.
Sage Residences offers a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units ranging from 30 to 95 square meters. Unit prices range from P6.11 million to P14.14 million.
DMCI Homes expects to generate a total of P12.46 billion sales from the project which is targeted for turnover in February 2028.
The firm said Sage Residences continues to generate interest from homebuyers who see the project as a convenient home or a high-value income property primarily because of its excellent location in the middle of major commercial and business districts of Makati, Taguig, and Pasig.
The property is accessible via EDSA, Boni Avenue or Shaw Boulevard. Going in and out of the property is easy because of its proximity to the MRT-3 Boni and Shaw Stations, and the abundance of transport options in the area.
A few minutes from Sage Residences are business centers Ortigas, Rockwell, and Capitol Commons and prestigious schools such as Immaculate Conception Academy, Xavier, Poveda and La Salle Greenhills.
Also located near the property are well-loved lifestyle hubs like the Greenfield District, Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, Rockwell Powerplant, Robinsons Galleria, and Greenhills, where future residents have a multitude of lifestyle choices in terms of food, fashion, and entertainment.
Sage Residences not only boasts of its prime location, but also its generous unit cuts, innovative designs, holistic amenities and green building features.
Amenities include an indoor and outdoor play area, gym, ground floor pool complex, shooting court, and a picnic and snack bar area.
Sage Residences also has a distinctive roof-deck that contains an elevated Sky Deck Pool, a Sky Garden, and two Sky Lounges, where expansive and unobstructed city skyline views await every resident.
To support the changing lifestyle needs of residents, units and common areas of the property will have a subscription-free, unlimited, built-in, commercial-grade internet similar to the service premium hotels provide their guests.
