VISTA Residences keeps on opening more doors to both property investors and home seekers. Not even the Covid-19 pandemic can stop it.
Vista Residences Inc., the largest condominium arm of Vista Land and Lifescapes, recently breaks ground for its newest project in the country’s Summer Capital — Canyon Hill Baguio.
Construction commenced with the groundbreaking ceremony led by MGS Construction. Located at the city’s Pacdal Road, Canyon Hill will rise in the coming years to provide quality condo spaces for students, retirees, families, or investors acquiring properties for rental or vacation homes.
Canyon Hill, now on its pre-selling phase, is set to stand nine stories high and will sit on 2,645 square meters of land. Available units in this project are: studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Boasting of its great location at the center of the city, the project offers a beautiful scenery of Baguio, an ideal abode for starting families or empty nesters, and a smart purchase for individuals looking to generate passive income from real estate investment.
Meanwhile, Brenthill Baguio — a newly-built project of Vista Residences at Yangco Road, Upper General Luna St. — was officially turned over recently to its residential owners in a simple ribbon cutting and blessing ceremony attended by MGS Construction operations head, Vista Residences marketing and leasing department, and unit owners.
