Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) continues to upgrade the product offerings of its residential projects in the province of Pampanga amid strong sales.
“The real estate market in Pampanga has been performing well. Over the past year, we’ve experienced positive sales despite the pandemic,” said PDO senior vice president Leonardo B. Dayao, Jr. “Economic development, supported by ICT and transportation infrastructure, has made the province an ideal location to live in and do business,” he explained.
“Ongoing projects such as the new passenger terminal at the Clark International Airport, the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 7, the Central Luzon Link Expressway Phase I and II, and the Philippine National Rail North 1 and 2 are expected to further boost employment and growth in the province,” shared Dayao.
The developer is offering two new house models for the second phase of its Horizon Residences in San Fernando, Pampanga. Strategically situated in Barangay Del Carmen, the project is within two kilometers from the city’s major establishments and the San Fernando NLEX exit.
Built on a 3-hectare property, the Horizon Residences Phase 2 offers modern tropical homes in a low-density neighborhood with only 90 units to assure future homeowners of utmost privacy and exclusivity. Applying contemporary tropical architecture, the house design accentuates nature and the greenery through the use of clean lines and neutral colors, complemented by spaciousness that ensures freedom of movement.
Horizon Residences Phase 2 offers single detached units with floor area of 70 sqm and single attached units with floor area of 81 sqm. The units sit on 110 sqm lots.
Pueblo de Oro also launched the La Aldea Fernandina II Blue Series, which is similarly located in Barangay Del Carmen in the City of San Fernando. The Blue Seriestakes off from the best-selling La Aldea Fernandina ll which offers unique lifestyle amenities.
The project has 181 three-storey or ‘loft’ units and 96 two storey units – both variants thoughtfully designed with ample space and a flexible layout in modern tropical homes. The units use clean, stylish linear elements, including windows that let natural light and ventilation flow.
The Blue Series comes in sizable semi-finished Classic units and fully finished Premium units that feature livable spaces ready for move-in. Both Classic and Premium units have a carport, with a provision for up to two cars for end units.
