San Juan, Balagtas, Bulacan, through an electronic public bidding (e- bidding) at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph. To be sold on an “as-is, where is” basis for an aggregate minimum disposal price of PhP9.9 million, the residential lots are properties of the closed Winbank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank), a bank ordered closed by the Monetary Board. Land areas range from 109 to 193 square meters. Online bids shall be accepted by the PDIC Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) Disposal Committee only from direct buyers who registered in the e- bidding portal.
