LEECHIU PROPERTY Consultants (LPC) has promoted four key personnel in its brokerage, advisory, and consultancy business, in anticipation of the property industry’s recovery.
LPC named Mikko Barranda and Miguel Manipol as new directors for commercial leasing, while Tam Angel and Alvin Magat were appointed as directors for investment sales. All four are licensed real estate brokers.
In a statement, the company said the new appointments “anticipate the industry’s recovery evidenced by milestone transactions including a record-breaking property sale negotiated by LPC in Bonifacio Global City last December and by increases in office and residential take-up in the last two quarters.”
Mr. Magat, a certified public accountant, has sold more than 86,000 square meters (sq.m.) with a total value of $173 million while representing LPC.
Mr. Barranda has helped complete deals covering nearly 350,000 sq.m. of office space in the past 12 years, including milestone lease transactions for conglomerates and multinational companies.
Mr. Manipol, who specializes in landlord representation, has led the exclusive leasing of over 300,000 sq.m. of Prime and Grade A office buildings in Metro Manila and Cebu.
Specializing in investment sales and deal structuring, Mr. Angel has helped transact around $1 billion of real estate.
