Veteran real estate developer Cathay Land is expecting to raise as much as P1.2 billion in sales from its latest mixed-use condominium project located at South Forbes Golf City.
Cathy Land’s new project, Berkeley Suites will showcase 356 units comprised mainly of studio and 1-bedroom suites, while some 40 commercial units in the lower and upper ground levels are open for businesses that will add convenience for all its residents.
Berkeley Suites caters to students, young professionals, and starting families as it offers 18 sqm. studio units and 27 sqm. one-bedroom units.
