Okada Manila welcomes back staycationers with five-star luxury

With safety and health protocols strictly followed, Okada Manila welcomes back staycationers to create wonderful memories at the 44-hectare property touted as Manila’s grand icon.

Asia’s largest integrated resort — which got its inaugural 5-Star Forbes Travel Guide rating in February — has opened its doors once again for guests to enjoy the luxury they have come to know and love, and assured of a safe, serene and worry-free stay under its 3T campaign.

Core values in the 3T campaign

True clean. True safe. True heart. Gleaned from Okada Manila’s core values of omotenashi (Japanese hospitality that means service comes from the bottom of the heart) and magokoro (usually translated as sincerity, pure heart, uprightness), the 3T campaign also aligns with the government’s safety guidelines.

“From strengthened safety measures to thorough and frequent disinfection, to having new sanitation equipment across the property, to having resource materials for guests, Okada Manila implements the gold standard in health and safety for everyone’s convenience and peace of mind,” Okada Manila Public Relations Manager Donna Manio shared.

Guests who book for a stay are required to submit a Covid-19 negative result of RT-PCR test taken 72 hours earlier or take the swab test at the hotel’s designated center for only P1,400. Foreigners, meanwhile, must have undergone the 14-day quarantine required by the government.

Total resort experience

Well-known for its splendid amenities and world-class services, Okada Manila offers guests a luxurious total resort experience beginning with its lavishly appointed suites, where they can have a rejuvenating retreat with loved ones.

Each suite has a private jet tub, perfect for relaxation and caressing away the worries of the day. Suites also have top-quality mattresses, linens and state-of-the-art control systems that provide easy access to lighting, temperature and all the room’s devices.

Besides the posh rooms, guests can also soak up in the award-winning Retreat Spa, where they can lounge at the Tonic Bar or take a refreshing dip in the spa pool. After dropping by the spa, staycationers can also enjoy the truly breathtaking view of The Garden, which has lush foliage and a serene view of the Manila Bay.

Guests and visitors can savor delectable culinary offerings in its signature restaurants such as the Medley Buffet, Catch by the Bay and Lobby Lounge — where a world of flavors await those who visit and stay in Manila’s iconic integrated resort.
