Property developer Rockwell Land Corp. has debuted in Central Luzon with a partnership deal signed with TGN Realty to develop a 3.6-hectare mixed-use community in Angeles, Pampanga.
The project will have three residential towers that will bring in P6.7 billion worth of residential inventory. This will be complemented by a retail component, which is poised to be the Power Plant Mall of Angeles – the first Rockwell mall outside Metro Manila.
Rockwell’s partner, TGN Realty, is part of the Nepomuceno Group of Companies, which has interests in education, utility services and real estate businesses.
“We are excited to build a new Rockwell community in Pampanga through our joint venture with the family behind the successful Nepo Center,” Rockwell Land president Nestor Padilla said in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The new Rockwell residential community in Angeles is targeted to be launched by the second half of 2021.
Each tower will be 10 to 15 storeys high with units ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms sized at 44 square meters to 142 square meters.
