I-Land Inc., the real estate division of ISOC Holdings, has tapped Signet Properties, the leading data and tech-driven real estate lead generation provider, to market its first residential and also the country’s first-ever LEED-certified mid-rise condo project, I-Land Residences Sucat. Signet Properties’ task is to bring the project closer to potential property buyers and investors.
ISOC Holdings is a company chaired by former construction magnate Michael Cosiquien.
According to Signet Properties CEO Andre Mercado, “Signet Properties will spearhead the online sales and marketing efforts of I-Land Residences-Sucat by providing our lead generation and management platforms to their salesforce. This will ensure the maximum occupancy rate of the residence when the project is turned over by 2023.”
Signet Properties is known for its technology innovations such as 360-degree aerial views of neighborhoods, 3D model unit showings, and commute map integrations.
I-Land Residences-Sucat is a two-hectare master-planned, a sustainability-driven residential community composed of six mid-rise buildings. Notably, it is the first mid-rise development in the country to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) status.
LEED is the most prestigious and widely used green building rating system in the world. I-Land Sucat Residences thus lives up to its slogan of “Home of the Future” as it provides an eco-sensitive, sustainable community-with green features that are sure to be relevant for generations to come.
“As I-Land builds and markets homes of the future, we wanted to partner with a company that has the credibility and network to help us spread the word about sustainability. We are glad to announce that I-Land is working with Signet Properties, as they understand the unique innovations that we are introducing to the real estate industry. Together, we hope to touch more sellers both here and abroad and reach who will be the future homeowners of I-Land,” May Lopez, VP for I-Land, Inc said.
