15 November 2019 – Makati Shang-rila Hotel became a witness once again when Lamudi honored the top real estate developers, projects, and personality in Outlook Awards 2019 Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards.
This year’s event, co-presented by Philippine Daily Inquirer Property and Holcim, showcased modern Filipiniana attire in a night of entertainment, networking, and glamour.
Kian Mioni, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Lamudi, delivered the opening remarks for the gala night.
Lamudi tapped the most credible as well as experts in the real estate industry as judges for the event. It also enlisted the help of its very own active property seekers via a 10,000-respondent survey to determine which of the shortlisted nominees deserve to bring home the awards.

The Personality of the Year, which was chosen by Lamudi, was presented by Lamudi Philippines CEO, Bhavna Suresh. This award is presented in recognition of the individual whose overall body of work in real estate is a positive force in the industry, whose voice and actions contribute to moving the industry forward, and whose influence will reverberate for years to come.
Mr. Soberano also delivered an acceptance speech that emphasized the hardwork that Cebu Landmasters continues to do just to serve its clients.
