It was a night of excitement in Makati Shangri-La Hotel when the 3rd Lamudi Brokers Awards Night was held last February 2019. Real Estate Professionals from all over the country wore their best Hollywood Glam attire in the event.
The Lamudi Brokers Awards is an evening of recognition of the real estate professionals who have demonstrated skilled achievement, superior leadership, high moral character, and professional behaviour as chosen among the clientele of the Philippines’ number one real estate platform.
Lamudi CEO Bhavna Suresh formally opened the program while Elizabeth Ventura, President of Anchor Land Holdings , Inc delivered a speech and highlighted that brokers are an integral part of the overall success of property developers. Joey Bondoc, Colliers Philippines Research Director discussed the 2018 real estate highlights and what can be expected this year, 2019.
There were three award categories:
- Individual
- Company
- Special
The winners of the first two categories were determined via data gathering while the third category winners were chosen through voting by Lamudi’s partner network with the exception of the Lamudi Partner of the Year award as this was chosen by Lamudi.
