Lamudi’s The Outlook 2018 Recognizes Real Estate Best Projects and Developers

Lamudi, the Philippines’ leading online real estate platform, has recently hosted The Outlook 2018 gala dinner and awards presentation at Makati Shang-ri La last November 15, 2018.  Now on its second year, The Outlook 2018, co-presented by Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, recognized once again the best real estate developers and projects in 2018.

Lamudi Co-Founder and CEO, Kian Moini, opened the evening’s gathering before a vibrant crowd in their black tie and elegant gown.

Key note speakers Secretary Benjamin Diokno of the Department of Budget and Management, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo and Ambassador to China Jose Santiago L. Sta. Roman discussed the economic and investment outlook in the country, the real estate industry boom, and the prospects and perspectives between the China and the Philippines, respectively.

After their presentations, awards were then given to the best projects and developers in different categories in Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao.  The awards were presented based on more than 10,000 property seekers as surveyed by Lamudi.

Bhavna Suresh, Lamudi Philippines CEO, officially capped the night off with her closing and thanksgiving remarks.
