D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. recently ventured into the residential sector with its newest project, MidPark Towers.
The four-tower residential project offers units ranging from 40 square meters to 120 square just across Ayala Malls Manila Bay, near-commercial and office buildings, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
A low-density development, each tower at MidPark only has 13 to 19 units per floor. There are three towers with units up for pre-selling; Mercer Tower, Howell Tower, and the Malden Tower.
With construction in full-swing, MidPark Towers is currently at ground level, on-track for completion in 2025.
