ROBINSONS LAND CORP.’s office unit, Robinsons Offices, has expanded its Visayas footprint with the launch of work.able Iloilo, which it described as the first and largest flexible workspace in Western Visayas.
“Iloilo presents a compelling opportunity for companies that want to grow beyond Metro Manila while staying close to talent, infrastructure, and regional markets. With work.able now in Cybergate Iloilo 3, there is a ready platform for organizations to establish a flexible presence in Western Visayas and scale with greater confidence,” Robinsons Offices Senior Vice-President Jericho P. Go said in a statement on Monday.
The facility features more than 420 seats across 25 private offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods, and hot desks. It also has a town hall that can accommodate up to 90 guests in a dining setup and about 185 guests in a town hall configuration.
work.able Iloilo is located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo 3, Robinsons Offices’ Grade A office building.
The expansion is intended to provide “plug-and-play” workspaces for companies seeking to establish satellite teams and interim offices before transitioning to permanent workspaces.
Robinsons Offices said Cybergate Iloilo 3 is about 15 minutes from Iloilo International Airport.
“work.able Iloilo was designed for businesses that need speed, flexibility, and operational support. Through its serviced offices, scalable work areas, and end-to-end support, the center allows companies to set up or expand in Iloilo quickly while we manage their workspace requirements,” work.able Senior Director Elton John Peralta said.
Its coworking spaces operate on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., while private offices are accessible 24 hours a day throughout the week.
Shares in Robinsons Land fell by 46 centavos, or 2.75%, to close at P16.24 apiece on Monday.
