Ayala Land signs long-term Makati office lease with AXON Group

Ayala Land Inc. has secured a long-term lease agreement with workspace solutions provider AXON Group for a Makati office property, signaling sustained demand for premium office spaces.

AXON will occupy the building previously known as Teleperformance Center Ayala as the property transitions toward a more diversified tenant mix, Ayala Land said in a statement.

The deal highlights continued confidence in the Makati central business district, particularly among companies seeking high-quality office developments that can support evolving operational and workplace requirements.

“We continue to see strong demand from firms that are evolving how they operate and invest in the workplace,” Ayala Land Offices president and chief executive Hamm Katipunan said.

“Companies today are looking beyond traditional office space. They are seeking environments that can support collaboration, flexibility, talent attraction, and long-term operational resilience,” Katipunan said.

Katipunan said companies increasingly look beyond conventional office setups as they adapt to changing workforce expectations and hybrid work arrangements.

AXON Group managing-director Sherwin Dela Cruz said businesses now prioritize speed, flexibility and operational efficiency when selecting office environments.

“Our partnership with Ayala Land Offices allows us to bring together high-quality infrastructure and AXON’s integrated delivery model to support the evolving needs of modern businesses,” Dela Cruz said.

AXON is a vertically integrated workspace solutions company specializing in design and construction, managed workspaces, strategic sourcing, workplace technology and custom joinery services.

Premium office developments in established business districts such as Makati continue to play an important role in helping companies strengthen workplace culture, improve employee experience and support long-term growth, Ayala Land Offices said.

Demand remains strong for professionally managed office developments that provide accessibility, flexibility and reliability amid changing work patterns, the company said.
