SM Prime Holdings Inc. is expanding its regional footprint with the planned opening of SM Nuvali, a flagship mall in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, by end-2026.
In a disclosure on Thursday, the Sy family-led property giant said that the project will be the fifth and largest SM mall in Laguna.
SM Nuvali will be the first of five flagship malls planned annually from 2026 to 2030, the company said.
The development will have over 82,000 square meters of gross leasable area, supported by energy-efficient and sustainability features.
The mall will also include open-air promenades, green zones and lifestyle spaces aligned with the Nuvali eco-community master plan.
A one-hectare indoor garden, Sky pods, premium restaurants and global brands are among its planned attractions.
