The Ray Casa Group of Companies is pushing through with its plans for P500 million worth of projects this year, according to CEO Jennylyn Floresca.
“We plan to build three commercial buildings plus condominiums under Casa Infini Builders & Realty Co, Ltd and Casa Infini Properties & Development Corp.,” she elaborated.
“We are also focusing on land re-classification and developing Air B and B type vacation villas all over Northern Luzon as well as educating Filipinos how to buy self-liquidating assets without cashouts,” the CEO added.
Late last year, CASA Infini Properties and Development Corp., the real-estate arm of the Ray-Casa Group, launched the Saleng Spa and Wellness Towers, their first luxurious residential condominium in Baguio City.
The 8-story European-Cordilleran classic inspired spa and wellness condominium towers and residences being built for P500 million, is slated to be finished by 2025.
The company has been pre-selling its one- and three-bedroom condo units since July,2022 and expects to haul in over P1 billion earnings.
As of November, 2022, 32 percent of the luxury condominium’s 72 units priced between P8.8 million to P22 million each, have been sold.
