Set in a laid-back and cool environment in South Luzon, while being just an hour away from Metro Manila, property developer Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) will be expanding its portfolio in its integrated-use township at Tierra Lorenzo in Lipa City, Batangas.
At the recent launch held in Lipa City, Batangas, Torre Lorenzo Chief Operations Officer (COO) Cathy Casares-Ko revealed that the Lorenzo-led developer will start building its second tower at Tierra Lorenzo and it is now up for pre-selling.
The entire Tierra Lorenzo complex is a P2.8 billion integrated-use development, featuring two residential towers and South Luzon’s first internationally-branded hotel, Dusit Princess.
Tierra Lorenzo Tower 2 will have studio units on top of the one bedroom and two bedrooms, reflecting the preferences of its investors. It offers 280 units, ranging in size from 21 square meters up to 52 sqm—depending on the unit type.
The units of the 10-floor tower building are expected to be turned over by the fourth quarter of 2025, the property developer noted.
Located in the heart of the city as well as its proximity to everyday essentials and premium lifestyle establishments, Casares-Ko said that Torre Lorenzo envisions their residents to have a “cozy condo lifestyle” in the fast-growing location.
Casares-Ko noted that Lipa City is home to more than 300,000 people and “the vast population and growth potential of the region have translated to a dynamic real estate sector.”
“From construction to turnover and beyond, we aim to exceed expectations and ensure that our investors thrive and grow in the long term,” she added.
Every unit in the residential project features a kitchen with stainless steel sink and faucet and kitchen counter with built-in cabinets, living and dining areas, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony (in the majority of units).
It will also have a 24/7 security and front desk, closed-circuit television (CCTV) in common areas, smoke detector and sprinkler system, on-call maintenance service, mail center, as well as green features such as atrium and roof deck herb garden.
Another highlight of the property will be the wellness and relaxation amenities that include swimming pool, poolside lounge deck, fitness center, children’s pool, children’s playground, multipurpose pavilion and roof deck alfresco lounge.
The township is just about 350 to 750 meters away from Robinsons Place Lipa, Mary Medical Center, De La Salle Lipa as well as 1.7 kilometers away from Star Tollway Exit.
Commitment to quality
Through the years, Casares-Ko emphasized that the TLDC brand has always been built on its commitment to quality. “We hope that you see for yourself how Torre Lorenzo maintains the quality of its projects.”
“One of our main strengths is our property management, too. Unlike in other developments, we don’t outsource the maintenance of our buildings. We treat them as our own,” Casares-Ko proudly shared.
“You can always invite your prospective clients to our oldest development on Taft Avenue, Torre Lorenzo 1, and see for yourself how, even after more than 20 years, the building has remained clean, spacious, and well-maintained,” she added.
