Century Properties ventures into low-rise townhouses

Century Properties Group Inc. is diversifying its product portfolio to include low-rise and townhouse developments and expects to generate P3 billion in sales from its first two projects under the new brand.

“New standards in living and lifestyle inclinations have developed post-pandemic, and we intend to address these changes in homebuyers’ needs,” said CPG President and CEO Marco R. Antonio during the launch of their Century NULIV brand.

He noted that, “While NULIV will continue Century’s legacy of serving the needs of the premium and luxury market, it will do so via new product offerings wherein majority will be townhouses and other low-rise structures – which is in contrast with its historical roots of doing mainly high-rise condominiums. As a result, this new product offering will be faster to develop.”

Century NULIV’s maiden project is a townhouse community, Century NULIV Townvillas at Acqua, which features a low-density high street of 22 multi-storey houses and lots on an exclusive road behind Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City.

According to Century NULIV President Monica L. Trajano, the project will consist of 16 4-storey units and 6 3-storey units with prices ranging from P50 million to P60 million for the bigger units and P40 million to P50 million for the smaller units.

She added that the 3-storey townhouses will have a floor area of about 227 square meters with 3 bedrooms while the 4-storey homes will have a floor area of 312 sqm. and 5 bedrooms. All units will have lot sizes of about 150 square meters.

“NULIV Townvillas at Acqua… provides the same generous indoor and outdoor living spaces one would likely find in suburbia, but all within and integrated into the thriving Acqua community. It also offers a paramount in-city living experience and assured value appreciation since the houses and lots are located within Metro Manila.”

Taking into account shifts in lifestyle among Filipinos post-pandemic, these Townvillas offer more of the functional, thoughtfully planned, and spacious indoor and outdoor amenities, access to essentials and major infrastructure, and an easy homeownership process via thought-out digital customer journey.

Each townvilla stands on a spacious lot, with levels defined by glass balconies and high-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Homeowners can maximize the outdoor area by creating a garden, patio, and/or parking.

The next project for Century NULIV will be in Century’s Azure North development in San Fernando, Pampanga which will be launched in the first quarter next year.

Trajano said it will consist of 109 townvillas but at different price points. These will likely be similar to beach villas as the project site will be a short distance away from Azure’s man-made beach.
