AboitizLand, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz group, has launched the P1.82 billion Meadow Village in Lipa, Batangas, the third and most premium enclave its The Villages at Lipa residential development.
In a statement, the firm said the launch of the 12-hectare premium residential lot development follows the robust market reception of the earlier launched Sierra and Brook Villages.
“The launch of Meadow Village could not come at a better time for discerning investors. The CALABARZON region continues to advance in investment prominence with the presence of LIMA Estate in Lipa,” AboitizLand President and CEO David Rafael said.
He added that, “The first Central Business District (CBD) in Batangas will soon rise in the Aboitiz-owned smart and future-ready mixed-use economic center.”
The Villages at Lipa, the estate’s 49-hectare residential enclave, has seen an 83 percent rise in value for Sierra Village and 102 percent for Brook Village, since these enclaves were launched in 2019.
The firm noted the Meadow Village’s growth prospects in light of the rapid expansion of LIMA Estate and the fast growing number of property seekers from traditional urban areas like Metro Manila going to the countryside for higher quality residential and work opportunities.
The residential development consists of just 171 spacious lots ranging from 250 to 1,500 square meters in total area.
Lot types include the Sunrise Lots, that face the east and get the greatest early sunlight; Corner Lots are on average 417 square meters; while Greenbelt Lots are typically larger and offer more expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
AboitizLand said There is a high demand for Regular Lots, which typically measure 302 square meters in area, as a form of investment property.
Central Park Lots are located in close proximity to the community’s distinctive features and feel like an extension of their own residence while Legacy Lots can be subdivided into smaller properties in the future as heirloom pieces.
The community will have unique access to thoughtfully chosen recreational and social activities including its own town center.
AboitizLand’s distinctive greenbelts in Meadow Village make the community a healthier place to live. Through a network of interconnected green spaces and biking/walking paths, these areas encourage residents to become engaged with their neighbors and the natural environment.
