Multi-awarded actor Coco Martin has built his dream home in Fairview, Quezon City. His 2,000-square-meter house took almost four years to make and it was definitely worth the wait. He takes pride particularly in elements of his home that were made by national artists, like the main door designed by the late Abdul Imao. Within the same village is his rumored lady love, Julia Montes, who purchased a three-bedroom house with a walk-in closet and gym. Also residing in Fairview is Daniel Padilla, who built a new house as a gift for his mother, Carla Estrada. The ancestral house of the Padilla clan can also be found in Fairview.

Ayala Heights and Ayala Hillside Estates, Quezon City
These two high-end communities that are in very close with each other are known to have celebrities and politicians living inside their gates. Husband-and-wife singers Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez, as well as comedian Michael V., own homes in Ayala Hillside Estates, where they are known to make use of the village’s clubhouse for parties and sometimes even mini concerts. Located in Quezon City is the high-class, guarded community White Plains. It is one of the first exclusive subdivisions built in the city, making it a nest for most of local tinseltown’s elites. One of its residents is veteran actress Helen Gamboa and her husband, Senator Tito Sotto, who live in the house her father had built for her 40 years ago. The modern yet tropical family abode of the Gutierrez brood’s patriarch and matriarch, Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama, can also be found in this subdivision. Marvin Agustin’s modern Asian rented bungalow is located in White Plains as well.
Also found in Quezon City is the district of Tandang Sora, named after one of the country’s female heroes, Melchora Aquino. Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Bonifacio Global City or BGC is Taguig City’s financial district and one of Metro Manila’s highly urbanized districts. One of the celebrities who call the BGC home include ABS-CBN singer and actor Sam Milby. His condo unit is said to have a chic style, with some of the designs and pieces inspired by images on Pinterest. KC Concepcion, daughter of movie stars Sharon Cuneta and actor Gabby Concepcion, also lives in a Western-inspired and well-designed condo unit in BGC. Her unit features some of the things she has collected from her trips abroad.
Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition’s first grand winner Kim Chiu purchased her 600-square-meter La Vista property as a gift for herself.
