From flower farms, off-road trails, to a vibrant retail strip, Arden Botanical Estate in Cavite offers an ideal address surrounded by garden landscapes, leisure spaces, and areas for active lifestyles
As development expands further into Cavite, one township is building its identity around outdoor living.
Arden Botanical Estate, a 251-hectare township in Trece Martires City, Cavite developed by Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, is laid out around lush open spaces, natural waterways, and tree-lined roads. The main public space is Arden Bloompark, a landscaped park along Governor’s Drive that offers a refreshing change of scenery through its landscaped gardens and open green spaces while serving as the township’s primary outdoor gathering area.

On weekends, Arden Bloompark transforms into a dining, retail, and live music space through The Arden Market. Scheduled Thursdays to Saturdays, it draws residents and visitors from surrounding areas and gives them a place to stop by and smell the flowers. Sprawling as it is, Arden Botanical Garden is shaping up to become another growing active lifestyle hub in Cavite – the neighboring Spine Road becomes a route for active lifestyle aficionados through the Eco Active Hours. It also recently opened Trails at Arden Botanical Estate which places multiple offroad disciplines from cycling, motorcycling, autocross/rallycross to trail running in one location.

Beyond the weekend visits, Arden Botanical Estate is also a place people can move into as three residential villages are currently in various stages of development within the township. Megaworld’s Arden Botanical Village covers 18 hectares, while Arden Westpark Village spans 15.2 hectares. The Lindgren, developed by GERI, covers 17 hectares, and all three residential villages are planned around the township’s waterways and green spaces.

The public programs give the estate a reason to visit outside of property sales — and give prospective buyers a working look at what the finished community is meant to feel like.
