The BE Group of Companies has formally inaugurated its Luzon headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, establishing a permanent beachhead in the Philippines’ primary financial district to scale its hospitality and real estate portfolios. The move signals an aggressive push by the Cebu-based conglomerate to tighten its grip on the Metro Manila market, which remains the largest source of capital and tourism traffic for its Southern assets.
Located in the heart of BGC, the new office acts as a dual-purpose nerve center for the organization. For the hospitality arm, BE Hotels and Resorts, the facility will streamline coordination with Manila-based travel agencies and corporate wholesalers who funnel guests to the group’s properties in Cebu, Bohol, and Siargao. Simultaneously, the office provides BE Residences with a dedicated base to manage relationships with property brokers and institutional investment partners who are increasingly looking toward provincial hubs for diversified yields.

The expansion coincides with the eighth anniversary of BE Residences, a milestone that underscores the group’s transition from a regional developer to a national player. While the company remains rooted in its Cebuano heritage, the BGC office reflects an intentional shift toward institutionalizing its presence in the capital. By placing its leadership and sales teams in direct proximity to multinational corporations and regional organizations, the BE Group aims to capture a larger share of the lucrative meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) sector.
The strategic rationale for the BGC hub is rooted in the high volume of stakeholders already operating from Metro Manila. Rather than managing these relationships remotely, the group’s physical presence allows for more nuanced engagement with the country’s largest business community. It also positions the company to better pitch its Visayas- and Mindanao-based leisure opportunities to a broader demographic of high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.

The opening ceremony was led by the group’s senior executive leadership, headed by President and Chief Executive Officer Grand T. Benedicto and Vice Chairman Helena T. Benedicto. They were joined by Corporate Secretary Enrilen Joy Benedicto-Tan, Chief Operations Officer Nova J. Noval, and Head of Digital Marketing Enrik Benedicto. The delegation also included Giles Benedicto, Associate Director for Corporate Finance, alongside Antoniette Alburo-Elmido, Director of Sales for BE Hotels and Resorts, and Keithlyn C. Rubio, Head of Sales for BE Residences.
For the BE Group, this expansion represents a commitment to maintaining its market-leading position in the Visayas while leveraging the liquidity and connectivity of the capital. The BGC office is expected to serve as the primary engine for the company’s next phase of growth, ensuring that its Cebu-born values are effectively translated to a national audience.
