CPG completes first block of P1-B townhouse compound

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) of the Antonio family has completed the first block of its P1 billion townhouses launched under its new premium, in-city brand Century Nuliv.

In a statement, CPG said the project, NULIV Townvillas at Acqua, is located in Mandaluyong City, a bridge away from the Makati Central Business District.

It consists of a low-density high street featuring 22 multi-storey houses and lots on an exclusive road behind Acqua Private Residences located at the base of the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.

The townvillas offer two configurations: Rhine (three-storeys; 227 sqm ave.); and Seine (four-storeys; 312 sqm ave.) units. These units are priced from P40 million to P60 million. The homes boast glass balconies, high ceilings, and ample windows to enhance natural light.

“We are proud to top off our inaugural Premium In City product offering located in Acqua, Mandaluyong,” said Century Properties Managing Director Carlo Antonio.

He added that, “our Acqua Town Villas has a total of 22 units, with over P1 billion of revenue and average unit price of P45 million. With around P500 million of capex, we look forward to completing and turning over Block A this year and Block B next year to our clients.”

Conceptualized for urban dwellers seeking tranquility within the city, each townvilla occupies a spacious lot, featuring levels defined by glass balconies and high-ceiling windows. Homeowners can optimize outdoor spaces by creating gardens, patios, and/or parking areas.

The stacked design facilitates movement within the house and allows homeowners to transform spaces for various purposes—from family areas and seating nooks to home offices and personal gyms.

Each unit will be delivered in standard bare form and completed with premium finishes, providing homeowners the flexibility to personalize their space.

“We hope that this project continues Century’s heritage of quality projects that our clients will raise their families and loved ones in,” Antonio said.

Century Nuliv aims to expand its concept with plans to build premium low to mid-rise homes within and in key cities beyond Metro Manila.
