Parklinks Mall to complete the ideal city life

A complete way of living

Parklinks Estate is defying the current notion of city life as it embodies a sustainable, healthier, and more balanced way to live, work, and play.

Thoughtfully designed, Parklinks aims to provide everything its residents need. With the much-anticipated opening of The Parklinks Mall, residents can enjoy the perks of city life right within their neighborhood. Developed by ALI Eton Property Development Corp. and to be operated by Ayala Malls, the mall will be situated along the estate’s C5 frontage. It is envisioned to be the community’s centerpiece for connection and convergence. It features the Central Plaza, a piazza-inspired convergence area that will house curated events.

The mall will complete the mixed-use development, having a total area of over 115,000 sqm that will be used to provide every need and convenience. From bridge brands to high-end favorites, the Parklinks Mall will be for everyone. It’s also expected to house select local and international lifestyle brands, and will introduce a selection of up-and-coming brands from Filipino designers.

Foodies can also look forward to unique and premium restaurants for sun up to sun down dining. With its cinemas, food hall, supermarket, and category staples in health, beauty, and wellness, residents need not go far for their necessities or to simply enjoy a day of shopping with their families.

The mall will also be a base for offices located on top, giving office workers and visitors access to commercial establishments that offer food and entertainment options.

Outside the mall, homeowners can also enjoy the estate’s various amenities, parks lined with restaurants, outdoor entertainment, and social spaces along the multipurpose lawns, eco-walks, and river view deck, all just a few steps away from their front door.

Nature in the heart of the city

Incorporating green living or simply enjoying nature with families while in the Metro is possible with an estate like Parklinks. For homeowners, there’s no need to travel far from home to experience a relaxed environment, since Parklinks will have the Eco Center, a three-hectare park that highlights a view of the Marikina River through an esplanade, river-park terraces, running and bike trails, and sprawling, riparian gardens. Through an innovative and connective walkway system, residents can enjoy any of the estate’s open spaces and parks with a 5-minute walk from any point in the development.

Conveniently located

Located within Pasig and Quezon City, Parklinks is near central business districts such as Makati, Bonifacio Global City, and Ortigas Center. It is accessible via C5, Amang Rodriguez Ave., and Ortigas Avenue, providing ease of travel to and from home for residents of the estate.

Last November 2022, The Parklinks Bridge was inaugurated in the presence of representatives from Ayala Land and Eton, led by Fernando Zobel de Ayala and Lucio Tan, as well as members of local government units in Pasig and Quezon City, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Inspired by modern European bridges, the bridge is the estate’s most iconic feature and is, according to Eton Properties’ executive director Kyle Tan, “a symbol of a union between two companies and two cities.”

The bridge linking two major cities is 110 meters long and 25 meters wide, with an arch climbing 40 meters in height. A much-needed infrastructure, the bridge aims to create a new route to help ease traffic in the northeast and east of the Metro. It also has dedicated, lighted lanes for bikes and pedestrians, providing them with an enjoyable and peaceful ride or stroll without the worry of going against vehicular traffic.

Pasig City mayor Vico Sotto commended the project.

“Through these modern designs and provisions for sustainable development, as a supporter of safe and convenient commuting, I praise the inclusion of lanes for both bikers and pedestrians,” he said. “This bridge will undoubtedly become a popular tourist destination in addition to acting as a connecting structure.”

A sustainable investment

A product of the partnership between developers Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) and LT Group Inc.’s (LTG) Eton Properties Philippines Inc. (EPPI), it is the biggest mixed-use development that aims to provide Filipinos the best of both worlds: the ideal city life with all its conveniences through the addition of The Parklinks Mall, and a greener way of living with 50 percent of the 35-hectare land dedicated to open spaces.

Parklinks is the prime location for people looking to invest in homes for themselves and their families. The Parklinks North Tower and South Tower, Ayala Land Premier’s luxury residential developments, will rise within this community. These developments, plus Alveo’s The Lattice and more upcoming residential projects will provide all the options that home seekers need.

With its mission to promote a complete, more balanced lifestyle by ensuring seamless access to and from commercial and office areas, complemented by an abundance of green spaces and areas for convergence and connections, Parklinks Estate is not only a haven for elevated living within the Metro, it is a sustainable legacy, the ideal life that homeowners can truly enjoy and provide for the next generation.
