Each unit comes with a balcony; a generous floor-to-ceiling height of 2.8 meters; pre-wired cable TV and telephone outlets ready for internet access; individual intercom facility; pre-installed ceiling LED lighting fixtures; cove ceiling on strategic locations, automatic smoke detectors, and fire alarm sprinkler system; main door security view hole feature; and a washing machine area.
