What do modern millennials look for in their future home?

An interesting insight from Deloitte Global’s 2022 Gen Z and Millennial Survey is that over 80% of Filipino millennials (between 28 and 39 years old) are currently employed. If there’s anything we now know for sure about millennials, it’s that they are career-driven, focused, and unstoppable toward their goals. In order to work smartly and more efficiently, they go as far as moving to properties in the urban area/central city for utmost convenience and productivity.

Here are some of the factors they consider in choosing a new home:

Accessible Location

As they move up in their respective fields, one of their main considerations when investing in a property is its location. It is important to have close proximity to work that will give them more time and productivity, as well as access to resources that can support their growing needs. After all, millennials value an integrated lifestyle to live worry-free.

SYNC is situated in Pasig City’s sought-after C5 corridor, one of the Metro’s prime avenues for development. It’s close to essential establishments including hospitals like St. Luke’s Medical Center in BGC, Rizal Medical Center, and Pasig City Children’s Hospital as well as The Ateneo School of Medicine, the University of the Philippines BGC, and the Rufino Campus of De La Salle University, which are all located within a 4-kilometer radius.

Best Sized Units

Millennials’ desire for an integrated lifestyle also extends to their living spaces. It is important for them to have well-designed homes that fuel their productivity. At the same time, they want a place that allows them to rest and recharge after a hard day’s work.

RLC Residences’ latest addition to SYNC, called the N Tower, offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom units spacious enough to adhere to a dynamic way of living such as that of a Filipino working millennial. On top of generous sizes, each unit has its own upgrades in the kitchen, toilet, and even balconies for one- and two-bedroom types. A dedicated workspace is also present, which is ideal for those who are working or studying from home.

Productivity Upgrades

Given that they are tech-savvy individuals, their homes should also possess advanced digital features making their lives seamless and simpler.

The SYNCN Tower is among RLC Residences’ projects that are made fiber-optic ready. This means that internet connectivity is guaranteed to be fast and reliable. With the demand for hybrid or remote setup, each unit comes with a dedicated space that can be used for both work and other pursuits.

At this stand-out condo, future homeowners also have access to built-in smart home features, which they can easily control via any smartphone or tablet. Among these digital upgrades include a Smart Lock for added security and Audio/Video Intercom to screen guests at the door, to name a few.

Amenities
