SMDC and RLC Residences were among the biggest winners at the recent Dot Property Philippines Awards Night 2022, as each developer collected multiple honors. Festivities were hosted at the Rigodon Ballroom of the Manila Peninsula Hotel with real estate leaders turning out for the industry’s largest in person celebration since the pandemic began. A total of 26 winners from across the Philippines were honored during the highly anticipated event.
With the real estate market recovery in full swing throughout the country, the Dot Property Philippines Awards recognized the developers, projects, and agencies leading these efforts.
“There is a genuine excitement around the Philippine real estate market. Not only have we seen interest in property increase across the Dot Property Group platform, but there have been multiple efforts of demand picking up as well,” Adam Sutcliffe, Dot Property Group Director, Events and International Markets, states. “This year’s Dot Property Philippines Awards winners are playing crucial role in the recovery of the real estate market. Their ability to deliver projects and services that meet the changing needs of today’s home seekers truly makes them the best,” he added.
It was a big day for the SMDC who were presented with eight (8) honors, including the Developer of the Year 2022, the most prestigious award. Meanwhile, Air Residences and Light 2 Residences were just a few of their projects to be recognized.
Meanwhile, RLC Residences collected eight (8) awards as well during the event. In addition to winning the Best Developer Metro Manila, the firm’s Sierra Valley Gardens was named Best Sustainable Residential Development while Woodsville Crest was bestowed with Best Low Rise Condo Development. RLC Residences was also the recipient of the Special Recognition Award for Community Building.
Filinvest Land, Inc. won three (3) honors while The Piazza at The Citygate Davao from Grand Land, Inc. was presented with two awards during the event.
Familiar faces found themselves among the winners of the Philippine’s Best Real Estate Agencies 2022 as both Tricia Liu Properties and Edukate Group, Inc. took home the honor for a second consecutive year. They were joined by 2019 winner Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc..
“The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2022 winners are truly exceptional. Their hard work and effort are helping lift the entire real estate industry,” Ms. Tanya Peralta-Yu, Dot Property Group Country Manager-The Philippines, explains. “It was also wonderful to come together and celebrate once again. The Dot Property Philippines Awards have become an event everyone looks forward to, so it’s great for us to be back,” she added.
The in-person celebration was a triumphant return for the Dot Property Philippines Awards after restrictions required a special hybrid ceremony in 2021. More than 200 of the real estate industry’s best and brightest were in attendance this year.
