Hana Garden Villas: Your ideal home in the south

No less than Architect Jorge Yulo of Jorge Yulo Architects and Associates led the design team for amenities such as the infinity lap pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lounge areas, multipurpose rooms, gym, and the property management office. They also provided the concept for the clubhouse and village entrances that would create a neighborhood look that’s lively and organic.

The roads inside the development were carefully designed for the safety and welfare of the residents and guests, following the concept of Masterplanner Architect Joel Luna of Joel Luna Planning and Design. It features underground utilities, connected parks, and elevated intersections for a smooth and safe pedestrian movement within the village. In addition, the designated vehicular parking for guests allows cars and pedestrians to move freely and without obstruction.



Alongside the boutique community, the presence of mixed-used developments will cater to the needs and provide convenience to the residents of Hana Garden Villas. In addition, a curated selection of restaurants and other retail and commercial establishments will be developed over the course of several years.

At present, the commercial establishments, schools, churches, and health facilities within close vicinity of Hana Garden Villas include S&R Membership, Landmark Supermarket, Xavier School Nuvali, Everest Academy Nuvali, Miriam College – Nuvali, St. Benedict Parish, St. John Bosco Parish, The Medical City South Luzon, and Qualimed Hospital. For rest and recreation, there are golf courses and shopping malls that are only 10 to 25 minutes away. The scenic Tagaytay is just an hour’s drive while the beaches of Batangas are just a two to three-hour drive for the residents’ quick getaway.

Hana Garden Villas is also accessible given the following routes: via SLEX to CALAX to Nuvali Boulevard;  via SLEX to Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road to Nuvali Boulevard; and via SLEX to Silangan Exit to Canlubang Golf Road. The business districts of Metro Manila are not that far, too. For example, driving to Makati will only take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
