The conference will focus on how the sector envisions a better built environment for the Filipino people. As the country continues to recover from the pandemic, industry thought leaders gather to reflect on lessons gained from the past two years and discuss how to create a promising future for stakeholders.

The companies include RLC Residences, Rockwell Land, Avida Land, PHINMA Properties, CUBO Modular, Philippines Urban Living Solutions, Inc., Picar Development, Contempo Property Holdings, Seanderg Realty and Development Corporation, Atlantica Realty Development Corp., Primeworld Land, and Italpinas Development Corporation.

Similarly, property consultancy firms KMC Savills and Leechiu Property Consultants will join the distinguished panel, along with leading workspace providers IWG Plc and NEO.

Inspiring Keynote Speeches

Real Estate Conference will feature two distinguished speakers: Anna Mae Yu Lamentillo and Gino Olivares.

Lamentillo was the chairperson of the Build, Build, Build (BBB) Committee, the inter-agency group spearheading the ambitious infrastructure program of the previous administration. She is expected to talk about the improvement of transportation infrastructure and accessibility of key regions in the country.



Meanwhile, Olivares, the President of the Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines, Inc. (OSHDP), will share what stakeholders can do to stimulate the affordable housing sector. The top executive has over two decades of experience in real estate and has been actively promoting housing policy reforms that aim to end the country’s decade-long housing crisis.
