Santos Knight Frank named Philippines’ best real estate agency

Santos Knight Frank was named the Philippines’ best real estate agency and best leasing agency during the recently held Asia Pacific Property Awards. In addition, the Awards recognized the 28-year-old company with two additional laurels for its marketing and digital programs implemented during the pandemic.

The four awards are:

  • Best Leasing Agency – Philippines
  • Best Real Estate Agency – Philippines
  • Real Estate Agency Website
  • Real Estate Agency Marketing

Early this year, Santos Knight Frank had won the regional (Asia Pacific) and global International Leasing Agency award during the International Property Awards 2021 event in London – marking an important achievement for the Philippines’ real estate sector.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.



The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. 

Santos Knight Frank has won a total of 37 recognitions from the International Property Awards across various levels since 2012.
