Crown Asia delivers property jewels anew

Crown Asia is expanding its impressive portfolio of sophisticated themed communities with two promising developments that offer a refreshing take on premier city living.

The premium residential arm of the country’s largest homebuilder Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. will soon launch the Meridian, a 5.8-ha residential complex in Bacoor, Cavite, and Hermosa, a 2.9-ha resort-inspired condominium village in Las Piñas City, as part of much bigger, thoughtfully masterplanned Vista estates. This only means that homebuyers and investors can soon expect exciting new things from these thriving, dynamic communities in the south.

Everything is within reach at the Meridian, a 5.8-ha residential complex, given its strategic location.

‘Garden City’

For instance, the Meridian, which is Crown Asia’s biggest residential complex to date, will connect residents to the burgeoning NOMO Garden City, a 180-ha mixed-use development inspired by Singapore’s pioneering garden city vision.

As the NOMO Garden City in Bacoor is just five minutes away from Meridian, residents will get to savor the beautiful views of the abundant colorful blooms and beautiful lush gardens like those of Singapore, while enjoying a curated selection of international and homegrown shops and restaurants at the Vista Lifestyle Center here.

NOMO Garden City is being developed in the promising city of Bacoor in Cavite.

Within the premises of the complex itself, residents are brought closer to essential shops and services, thanks to the commercial strip rising alongside the modern contemporary, mid-rise residential towers that offer spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The fact that the Meridian will have mid-rise towers not only ensures low density within the neighborhood, but also leaves room for more open spaces, pocket gardens and other areas for the resort-inspired amenities—all connecting you to a life that celebrates modernity yet appeals to your yearning for a tranquil, laidback way of living.

Connecting to possibilities

On top of these, the Meridian will further connect residents to a world of possibilities outside the estate. For one, its central location and proximity to major thoroughfares will bring residents closer to key establishments, central business districts like Makati and Bonifacio Global City, and even the airport. Everything else you need will literally be 3 to 5 km from the property.

It also brings residents closer to potential job opportunities as Metro Cavite, of which Bacoor is part, has been identified as one of the 25 high-potential areas for transformation into digital cities by 2025. This means more quality jobs that will be made available as more outsourcing companies set up shop in this part of the province.

More notably, a unit at the Meridian will likewise afford residents and investors the opportunity to gain from a smart, practical investment. To date, property owners and investors in this premium condominium development have seen average total contract prices appreciating by 200 percent over the last five years.

Meridian and Hermosa are just two of the many launches that Crown Asia has lined up for the year as it is poised to unveil more equally exciting developments in Tagaytay and Laguna by the end of the year.

‘Entertainment City’

Hermosa in Las Piñas City meanwhile is the first residential condominium property to be offered within the up-and-coming Vista Global South, which is being being primed as the “Entertainment City” of the estate. This award-winning residential project will readily connect homebuyers to the numerous lifestyle, retail and entertainment hubs, as well as the events center and hotel located within this masterplanned 100-ha complex. From this vantage point, you’ll be near Vista Mall Global South, All Home, Coffee Project, SM Sucat, Villar Sipag Complex, Santuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, The Tent at Vista Global South, among other landmarks. Major thoroughfares and transport hubs are also conveniently accessible from Hermosa and Vista Global South.

Vista Global South in Las Piñas is being primed as the ‘Entertainment City’ of the estate.

At the same time, Hermosa’s proximity to key infrastructure projects and major thoroughfares conveniently links residents to the airport as well as establishments in Makati, BGC and the Bay Area.

Refreshing, verdant sanctuary

It’s unsurprising that Hermosa was one of Crown Asia’s best-selling condominium projects in this highly urbanized city last year, and is a recipient of the “Best Development Mid Rise Condo” Award at the Carousell Property Awards 2021.

Apart from its stellar location, this refreshing, verdant sanctuary in the city—which is as beautiful as its name, “Hermosa,” suggests—connects you to a holistic lifestyle that allows you to enjoy unparalleled convenience and ensure your well-being.

Exuding a calming resort vibe, The Hermosa is a charming, verdantly landscaped condominium village of six beautiful mid-rise buildings that house a total of 1,147 residential units. It comes with a refreshing array of amenities that will help enhance the residents’ quality of lives—a gym, pool, jogging path and a complimentary bicycle access to keep your fitness in check; a pet park for your fur babies; and the Sky Rose Garden Paradise to give you ample breathing room and access to fresh air even in the midst of a bustling city. There’s also a reading nook, a social pavilion, and a Dear Joe, where you can readily get your daily caffeine fix.

The Hermosa is a modern 2.9-ha resort-inspired condominium village rising in the vicinity of Vista Global South.

Here, beauty truly speaks value as the beautiful community of Hermosa connects you to a host of exciting options and bright prospects for an enhanced, well-rounded and well-balanced lifestyle.
