PHirst Park Homes to expand in 2022

PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) is set to launch four new horizontal projects this year as it continues to expand its footprint in different parts of the country.

Its parent company, Century Properties Group Inc. has earmarked a substantial portion of its P3 billion bond offering to fund capital expenditures in support of the continuing strong and robust demand for quality affordable homes.

A joint venture between CPG and Mitsubishi Corp, PPHI will launch four sites this year, beginning with Naic, Cavite and its maiden venture in the province of Bataan.

The two other projects which will be announced soon will also be in Central Luzon.

In all, the four projects have a projected combined revenue of P5.47 billion and a combined portfolio of 3,029 units. This follows the company’s successful launch of three projects in 2021 in General Trias, Baliwag, and Tayabas.

Strong Choice

“We expect to remain the strong choice for first home buyers as we continue to deliver beyond industry standard offerings for our projects,” PPHI president and CEO Ricky Celis said.

The new projects, Celis said, would continue to bear the quality that buyers have patronized in all PPHI properties.

The expansion adds to the 10 masterplanned communities it has launched since its maiden project in 2017, which include Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; San Pablo, Laguna; Pandi, Bulacan; Calamba, Laguna; Nasugbu, Batangas; Magalang, Pampanga; General Trias, Cavite; Tayabas, Quezon; and Baliwag, Bulacan.

Moving forward, CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio said the company would continue to offer quality homes to the local market.

“We will keep on serving the new generation of real estate buyers with quality homes through PPHI as affordable housing has proven to be strong even through the challenging periods in recent years,” Antonio said.

With 1,948 units, PHirst Park Homes Naic is the company’s third project in Cavite after Tanza and General Trias while the Bataan Project has a total of 1,081 units and is the company’s fourth development  in the north.

4Cs

The upcoming projects will feature a Show Village, which will open soon to showcase the brand’s virtues or 4Cs: Complete and well-provisioned homes with a perimeter fence and gate, Conceptive amenities that promote a healthy and holistic lifestyle, Connected living through WiFi zones and a shuttle service, and a Convenient and simplified selling and buying experience.
