Sanctuaries for the new normal

Sta. Lucia Land was one of the first developers to expand and create landmark developments outside of Metro Manila.

It currently has over 250 projects spanning across 10,400 hectares in 15 provinces.

“Spaces have become vital in the new normal,” ac acknowledged Sta. Lucia Land president Exequiel Robles. “As families spend more time at home, they need bigger spaces to move about inside their houses and more importantly, within their communities.”

Robles pointed to the Lake at St. Charbel in Cavite (Shown here), which inspires a laid back lifestyle with its lake, a picturesque lighthouse, and picnic area nestled in greenery.

Leisure farm lots at La Huerta Farms and Residences in Laguna, meanwhile, allow one to live sustainably.

In Batangas, Sta. Lucia has Catalina Lake Residences Bauan, a Spanish-Mediterranean-themed lakeside community.  In Iloilo, Sotogrande, located within Iloilo City’s first lake community, Green Meadows, boasts of wide-open spaces, and picturesque views.

In Davao, Sta. Lucia Land has 18 projects spanning across more than 700 ha, the latest of which is Las Colinas at Eden, a residential leisure farm subdivision.
