Reaping the benefits of ‘The Farm’

Lagoon at The Farm at San Benito

The Farm at San Benito is an eco-luxury, holistic, medical wellness resort located in Lipa City, Batangas—a 90-minute drive south of Manila.

It rests on 48 hectares of lush green jungle where one can enjoy fresh air and the stunning view of the majestic mountains. Its world-class facilities and services also made it a recipient of prestigious international accolades, including “The Best Medical Wellness Resort in the World.”

The Farm offers medically supervised health programs that address some of the most alarming and prevalent lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, as well as anxiety, stress and depression. Programs are carefully planned and conducted by internationally trained integrative medical doctors, nurses, spa therapists, nutritionists, living food experts, fitness coaches and yoga teachers.

Pesce is a pescatarian restaurant that combines fish with consciously-cultivated, organic living food in its dishes.

The Farm’s healing journey is focused on five pillars: Diagnose, Cleanse, Nourish, Repair and Sustain. The goal is to help the guests’ bodies return to their ideal balanced state and achieve optimum wellness through these key healing components: holistic integrative medical services; nurturing spa and hydrotherapy water wellness; plant-based, whole food, vegan cuisine; mindful movement and functional fitness; and healing environment and heartfelt service.

Founded in 2002, The Farm offers a selection of villas. Since the property’s acquisition by CG Hospitality in October 2018, The Farm has been undergoing expansions, with more villas being built to accommodate wellness travelers. Recently, The Farm launched new facilities, accommodations and a restaurant that redefined people’s idea of a holiday home.

Last July 2019, The Farm launched Pesce, a pescatarian restaurant named after the Italian word for fish. While fish is the main source of protein in the dishes here, the restaurant combines it with consciously-cultivated, organic living foods, like whole grains, fruits and vegetables, for a more complete source of nutrients that the body needs. The restaurant also serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes that focus on health and the longevity of life.

The Farm has a total of 40 exclusive villas

Acqua Sanctuary, one of the newest facilities here, offers a multi-step hydrotherapy water wellness program. It helps ease pain, strengthen the immune system, boost detoxification, loosen tight muscles and relieve stress. You can also enjoy outdoor treatments at Aqua Sanctuary while facing the lush environment and the magnificent beauty of the mountain. At night, you can hear the natural hymn of nature and enjoy gazing at the stars.

Meanwhile, the premium Mahogany Villas were the latest additions at The Farm. There are currently five luxurious Mahogany Villas available—four of which are one-bedroom villas that measure 300 sqm. Guests can spend their time hanging out in the pool area or the deck area, enjoying their scrumptious meals in the pantry area, or just passing the time with home entertainment and internet access.

The fifth Mahogany Villa is a spacious 600-sqm haven, with two well-appointed bedrooms elegantly designed with simplicity in mind. When guests are not having the treatments at The Farm, strolling the property or nourishing themselves at either of The Farm’s restaurants, guests can choose to relax in the living room, the pool area or the deck area. This two-bedroom villa also has its own pantry and a nanny room available. Guests can likewise enjoy some of The Farm’s offerings in its own dedicated treatment room. Like the one-bedroom Mahogany Villa, home entertainment and internet are available.

With 40 exclusive villas, a well-maintained property, world-class service, and the Filipinos’ nurturing touch, The Farm offers guests an unparalleled life-changing holiday experience.
