Real estate developer Anchor Land recently topped off its luxury residential tower Anchor Grandsuites.
Anchor Land CEO Steve Li, president Elizabeth Ventura and director Jason Li led the topping-off ceremony, together with the company’s AVP for engineering Honorio Alvarez Jr. and area manager for engineering JP Carrillo.
Also present in the event were Asya Sr. project manager Allan Chua, Sy^2 senior associate Janice Marquez, Meinhardt Group VTS department head Pamela Arevalo, BLG principal Benedicto Limjap Gavino, DMCI senior project manager Renato Noma, and Prompt Managers & Construction Services Inc. project manager Engr. Rolando Policarpio.

Anchor Grandsuites is the tallest tower in Manila Chinatown to date. The 63-story luxury residence will become another iconic landmark at the heart of Binondo, offering dynamic and modern living to hardworking and highly accomplished Filipino-Chinese families.
