There’s a lot to see and do up in Antipolo—for all that it’s not the answer you’ll give off the top of your head for a great weekend away, it has all the things that would add up to exactly that. And now they’re even getting a picturesque Starbucks branch to boot on The Ridge, along Sumulong Highway.

While we’ve yet to confirm an exact opening date, what we do know for sure is they’ll be serving all the favorites, new and old—including the sandwiches they’ve added to their core menu. The Patty Melt (P165), a mash-up between a grilled cheese and a juicy burger, and the Spanish Chorizo, Egg, Mozzarella on Whole Wheat Pandesal (P140) are just a couple of things we’re looking forward to munching on while surveying that unbeatable Antipolo view.
