Amidst the COVID-19 breakout, more and more companies are exerting extra effort to help our fellow Filipinos as part of their corporate social responsibility. The help can be in the form of money, medical supplies, food supplies, and even waiving of rental charges, among others.
Let’s take a look at the group of companies that your property developers belong to and appreciate their contributions during these challenging times.

Donations: 400 4-liter bottles (1,600 liters) of ethyl alcohol; 70,000 bottles of Absolute 350ml; 3,000 6-liter bottles of distilled drinking water; 2,000 pieces of N95 face; 24,000 bottles of Cobra Vitamin C and 1,500 6-liter bottles of Absolute bottled water. Total donations of 190,000 liters of ethyl alcohol and almost 200,000 liters of distilled drinking water.

Property Developers: Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, Amaia, Bella Vita
Donations: 2.4 Billion Economic Aid broken into 1.4 B waived rental fee for merchants; 600 M – for the salary of daily-wage workers from construction sites, malls, and retails spaces despite non-operation; 270 M for Globe’s support staff and vendor partners; 130 M for financial support for Ayala employees; free parking in Ayala Malls when you buy basic necessities

Donations: 5,700 N95 masks
Recipient: Department of Health and Research Institute for Tropical Medicine
- Company: Filinvest Group
Property Developer: Filinvest Land
Donations: P100 million worth of COVID-19 test kits and personal protective equipment; waived rent for qualified non-operational tenants of Filinvest Lifemalls and Festival Supermall.
Filinvest Land is offering a 30-day payment extension for its Pabahay, Futura and Aspire customers who were affected by the Luzon-wide community quarantine.
Recipient: Research Institute for Tropical Medicine for medical workers and other frontliners; tenants, Filinvest Land customers.
- Company: Metrobank Group
Property Developer: Federal Land
Donations: pledged a P200 million fund that will go towards initiatives that directly support the fight against the virus.

Property Developer: Robinsons Land
Donations: established a P100 million fund to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic to help the frontliners of personal protective equipment (PPE) and COVID-19 test kits.
Robinsons Land will also waive the rental charges for all tenants in Robinsons commercial spaces. More than 1,000 food packs and water have already been distributed to frontline medical and healthcare personnel.
Recipients: Philippine General Hospital, Pasig City General Hospital, Pasay City General Hospital, San Lazaro Hospital, Taguig General Hospital, and Ospital ng Makati, National Capital Region (NCR) Border Security Teams, Robinsons Land tenants

Donations: Rental charges waived; “continues to work closely with various local government units and Department of Health”

Donations: Waived rentals nationwide for mall tenants; PPE – face masks, gowns, visors, hoods, gloves, and shoe covers, urgent medical supplies; 20,000 free lab tests
Recipients: Mall tenants, Philippine General Hospital (PGH), Research Institute for Tropical Management, UP Medical Foundation Inc., and Manila Healthtek Inc.
These donations are as of March 19, 2020 and some property developers might do their share during this pandemic.
